WOLF
When there is the appearance of a being or group that may post a threat to humans.
Recommended Class: C or above

A threat that endangers a great many people. Almost always results in radioed warnings.
Recommended Class: B or Above

Recommended Class: B or Above

A threat that endangers an entire city and it's facilities. Generally results in an evacuation of the area.
Recommended Class: Low A, High B or Above
Dragon
A threat that endangers multiple cities and thousands of lives. Usually results in recommendng underground shelters.
Recommended Class: High A or above
God
A threat that may result in the extinction of Humanity. Very rare
application of threat level.
Recommended Class: S class only
